Bishop's Vision:

1. Deepening the faith of God's people. We need to teach God's people the importance of having a living relationship with God and the implication that this entails. The Church is not a club, how do we relate to God and other people? What does it mean to forgive in the worshipping community?

2. Being good stewards of God's gifts. We are all talented people, everyone of us has a talent and we need to use it to the good of God and His people.

3. Improving the welfare of the clergy, e.g. stipends, education, etc.

4. Developing vocations to the religious and ordained ministry.

5. Improving the financial base in the diocese e.g. property development, investment, etc.

6. Defining the roles and various responsibilities of the various structures within the diocese. The need for order.

7. Community outreach. Being outward looking e.g. Holy Cross Hospice, orphan care, etc.
